Wednesday Weightloss Update
I have drank more water, been taking my Vitamin D pills consistently and worked out twice this last week. Not my best but not my worst week ever. Need to begin counting calories and since I'm not able to do this on my phone I will be working on using the old fashioned way, paper and pencil.
