Materials for one project:
- copy of the cat pattern (see print link)
- 9" x 12" construction paper
- red and white construction paper scraps
- crayons
- glue
Steps:
- Color and cut out the cat pattern. Glue it in the middle of the construction paper.
- Lightly draw a hat outline above the cat's head and a bow tie outline below it.
- Tear pieces of red and white paper. Glue a row of overlapping red pieces inside the hat outline. Then glue a row of white pieces. Alternate rows until the outline is filled.
- Glue overlapped red pieces inside the bow tie outline.
