I have officially trained for two weeks in a row for my 5K Feb. 16th. I have also paid and registered for one every month to come with my mom and my sister. Should be a really good time. I'll be ready. My knees were a little swollen on the second week so, I'll be focusing on that this week.
I have also gotten back on track with Myfitnesspal.com. And have logged in my food calories for two days in a row.
That's awesome! I'm trying to train for next year's 26 mile run! : )
