Overcooked, Baked and Fried Oh My!

I have purchased Pampered Chef items and my cooking collection is beginning to come together. Only problem, no I want to cook but don't have the stuff in the house I want to cook. Guess it's time to visit the grocery store. Single cheese cake, chicken tortellini, mushroom and egg omelet, pistachio cake, broccoli cheese ring and a new favorite recipe I just found that I must try is a peanut butter and jelly brownie. Delicious. I however, will have to find some healthy recipes also, because my weight loss needs to kick into high gear before the summer season hits and 105 is the new normal.

  1. Hi Austine ~~ Best wishes on the Pampered Chef. Mrs. Jim had a party for a young lady who was just starting a (I'll call it this) 'dealership'
and bought quite a few items.

We both liked every one of them although we stretched quite a few of them probably too long for best freshness before cooking. I think I liked the gumbo the best.

This lady stopped selling as it was supposed to be a second income for their family and she really needed a full time job instead. So we have not had any more since.

    1. I just made cheese souffle's, they were amazing. I don't think I would have cooked them if it hadn't been for the pampered chef. And I made some delicious orange muffins. I'm in crazy baking mode. Thanks for stopping by.

  2. I have so many kitchen utensils and gadgets from all of the Pampered Chef parties that I have been to, that all my drawers and cupboards are full! (:>) I just used the potato peeler yesterday when making vegetable soup! And I used the pizza wheel a couple of days ago too. They have such nice quality items...and they last forever!

I'm like you though...I need to go to the store before I can make many more meals. I dislike food shopping, because it takes so much time, as well as so much money these days! But I do enjoy cooking when the fridge is full. I get some of my ideas from the cooking shows! (Those shows sure make ya hungry!)

Hope you are having a good week so far.

    1. Thank you for stopping by. I don't enjoy shopping either, but love all the neat stuff I'm getting to make. Tonight I enjoyed some cheese souffle's and my husband loved them.
