Workout Wednesday

I spent four days in my walking shoes, as we walked up and down the strip. On Saturday we enjoyed the runner's expo.  This guy at the expo was showing off some special support inside an expensive brand of running shoe that helps adapt your running shoe specifically to you.  The blue substance adapts to your running and allows the human lizard to run across the substance. Where normally you would just sink. Pretty cool stuff.
