Monday Morning Drive

On my way to work, early in the morning I was lucky enough to experience this beautiful scenery. I had my half asleep son snap the photo. It was early, but I sure felt lucky to catch this sunrise because I don't get up this early very often.  I also thought it would be a great addition to Pink Saturday. I didn't link up this weekend but if you have time you should pop over and see all of the beautiful pink.

This special turtle was made by my oldest years ago. He has always had a special place somewhere in our home.

At my new job, I was able to get a cup and lucky for me it was pink. I'm a huge fan of insulated cups that don't sweat in 115 degree weather.

This week's Pink is a chair that has seen better days but still holds a place close to my heart. It is the first chair I was able to afford nine years ago, when I moved away from my family in Arizona and moved to Wyoming to start over with my son. And although the look is a little rough it is the perfect coffee in the morning, porch chair.

Pink Saturday and 4th of July

Next we went to the Goodyear ball park for some jumping, popcorn and fireworks
